The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers celebrates England’s outstanding apprenticeship employers in 2025, recognising their commitment to creating new apprenticeships, the diversity of their apprentices, and the number of apprentices who successfully achieve their apprenticeships.
The rankings are produced annually by the Department for Education, in partnership with RateMyApprenticeship, who independently assess and rank the nation’s top apprenticeship employers.

We’ve been fortunate to win several awards over the years, but earning first place in the RMA Top 100 Employers is truly special. This recognition means so much because it reflects the voices of our apprentices and the outstanding experiences they have on the Savills Apprenticeship Programme. Winning this honour for two consecutive years is simply amazing!
We strongly encourage employees to nominate themselves and invite honest feedback from their apprentices. This not only gives apprentices a platform to share their genuine experiences but also inspires future generations by showcasing the incredible opportunities within their businesses. We're proud of our apprentices and the recognition we’ve received. Apprenticeships offer people the chance to earn while they learn, gaining skills and confidence that benefit them beyond their time in the army.
Our soldiers are not just in the British Army; they are the British Army. Everything we can do to upskill them makes us a better Army, which is what the nation would expect. We were extremely proud to be named the number one Top SME Apprenticeship Employer in the 2024 rankings, recognising our commitment to learning and development, and our continued investment into the future of the business.
We dedicate a lot of time and resource into the recruiting, and nurturing, of trainees from our local Schools, Colleges, and Universities, as we truly recognise that these individuals are the future of the business. Our students not only gain the necessary technical skills, but are also provided with the opportunity to develop the vital soft skills, enabling them to take their careers to the next level, truly developing in to the best versions of themselves, reaching their full potential and building successful careers within the business, and the industry.
